This is a shot of the back of the gas station.
If you have the DVD of TCM and have seen the deleted scene of Leatherface and his first "tantrum" outside the gas station, you will obviously see the back of the gas station there. Most notably is the little tree in back of the gas station in that scene. You'll notice that that "little tree" grew quite big. So big in fact, that they cut it down.
