Ed Asbury
Ed shows off his TCM collection. More notably, he named his son after
Gunnar Hansen, the actor who played Leatherface in the original film. He
even had Gunnar sign it himself! Go here to visit his page.

Rick Balin
Here are some photos of Rick's ENORMOUS collection of TCM memorabilia!
Randy Carpenter
Randy is the lucky owner of the
original Leatherface mask used in the 1974 movie. Brad Shellady, the
producer of "Texas Chain Saw Massacre: A Family Portrait" originally purchased
the mask directly from Bob Burns, the set decorator for the film. Brad
owned the mask for a number of years and then sold it to Randy in June of 2001.
Randy is in the process of replacing the Plexiglas casing that Brad made for it
with an air tight glass case. Click HERE
to view several up close pictures of the mask as it looks today.
Randy is ALSO the lucky owner of the
original "Black Maria" truck door that Leatherface (Gunnar Hansen) sawed on in
the original movie. Check out the pics of the door
HERE.
And take a look at
Randy's TCM collection. Mask, door, posters, EVERYTHING!

including the poster,
VHS jacket of the video with
French subtitles, another French
poster, DVD jacket #1 &

6 French lobby cards and the
French DVD version.
David Miller
Here are a couple of scans of his Wizard
Video VHS tape jacket of TCM. As you know, Wizard Video acquired the
rights to TCM for $200,000 in 1982, then the highest price ever paid for an
independent film, according to Wizard president Charles Band.
Here is a shot of David's cool '53 Chevy.
He has restored it as best he could to replicate the Chevy truck driven by
Drayton Sawyer in TCM 1. Also, he shows us the manual. I'm so
jealous!
Here are more shots of his great '53
Chevy.
Here is a swing he put together "Chainsaw"
style.
Here is a shot of a stone he
collected from the "Franklin place" along with a few extra cool items.
Richard Neri

TCM collection HERE.
Larry New
Larry shows off his TCM
collection. The mask is a
licensed Leatherface mask that was ordered from Fangoria many years ago.
The tags on it are by New Line Cinema from 1990. Here's
another licensed mask bought at the
same time, another early TCM collectable. The next item is of great
interest, which is not only an original
pressbook, but also an original
vinyl 45 record of the radio spots that Bryanston made to promote the movie
for radio stations. That record is indeed a hard to find item!
Here's a closer look at the
45. And finally, he owns an uncut, unfolded printer's proof of the
Screamin'
Leatherface model kit.
Here's some original TCM German
lobby cards. #1,

Here's Larry's official
Bryanston press kit that was given to him by Dr. Barnes, the same person who
made Grandpa's makeup in the original film.
Larry has some hard to find items here. Here are
pics of an
original Leatherface (TCM 3) crew jacket,
custom carved pumpkin with
Leatherface on it, a Japanese
movie ticket from the 1975 premiere in Japan, and a promotional sticker given
out at one or two theaters that actually showed TCM in England before it was
banned.

Classics.

"Leatherface Chronicles". This same collection is featured in the back of
his book for reference.

Russell recently obtained the UK bootleg copy of
TCM. HERE is a scan of the jacket.
TCM was banned in the UK in 1984. But then the ban was lifted in 2000.

Rick submitted a scan of the Danish TCM video
cover HERE. (Large

These are some pictures of the Future-Kill
pressbook and the cover of Gunnar's first post-TCM movie, "Hollywood Chainsaw
Hookers".
Here is a scan of the original VHS jacket cover for "Texas Chainsaw
Massacre: A Family Portrait".
Here is a shot of
the original flashlight and sledge used in the film. Both were auctioned
off on eBay by the creator of the items and the art director,
Bob Burns. The flashlight has a 120v cord, a special power switch and
light bulb. The sledge is made out of foam.
Here is a shot of the
wrench that was used in the film. It is made out of balsa wood. This
was created by Bob Burns
as well and was auctioned off on eBay.
Here's a great
rare pic of Tobe Hooper sitting in Grandpa's chair on the 2nd floor.

Stefan Wille
Stefan submitted a scan of the
German VHS jacket
as well as this
MP3 (2 MB) of the ending credits, which is some strange techno music.
Here's what Stefan had to say about this version:
"I attached the End Title song plus a jpg of the cover of the version, I
sampled that track from. The End Titles were roughly edited (They show only the
actors, a short part of the staff and then the copyright of Vortex. They run as
long as the song: 46 seconds It makes no sense to count the several cut
versions, that TCM suffered since its cinematic release in Germany. This will
was mistreated and right now (besides of many uncut bootlegs) you can also get
an FSK16- rated version on DVD that runs only 62 minutes. The baddest cuts were
made in the end of the film, were they not only cut the scene down with grandpa,
hitting Marilyn's head only one time (and in the most versions without the
hitting sounds). But this version is interesting because of its soundtrack (I
think some library music)..Hope you enjoy it."
